Representative production case — not client work
WHITE-LABEL COMPLIANCE PRODUCTION
White-label Accessibility Delivery Behind an Agency
Greybridge Digital
Representative agency engagement showing the invisible production layer: bounded scope, developer tickets, retest evidence and a client-facing report under the agency model.
PRODUCTION RECORD
Specific enough to inspect.
Timeline
10 business days
Stack
WordPress-style staging + issue tracker + agency-branded handover
Scope
5 templates + 2 forms + release retest
Verification
Manual workflow review, keyboard checks, issue evidence, remediation acceptance, retest status
CHALLENGE
What was wrong
The agency had a deadline and client relationship but no specialist accessibility production capacity. Previous accessibility notes were too vague for developers and had no retest status.
HOW WE WORKED
From finding to evidence
Agree scope, deadline, agency branding and contact boundary
Audit five templates and two forms
Write 17 developer-ready tickets
Support fixes and retest each ticket
Separate three accepted limitations from resolved issues
Deliver an agency-ready status pack
VERIFIED FIXTURE RESULTS
What actually changed in the packaged evidence
