AI Transparency Implementation
Technical implementation support for AI-facing interfaces: transparent identity, user notices, generated-content marking workflows and escalation patterns that can be evidenced and maintained. Article 50 transparency rules apply from 2 August 2026 to certain interactive and generative AI uses. Depending on the role and use case, obligations may include informing people that they are interacting with AI, machine-readable marking of generated or manipulated outputs, and disclosures for deepfakes and certain public-interest content.
