ABOUT

A named specialist behind the production.

SYNTHESIS is intentionally small: direct responsibility, bounded promises, visible work and evidence you can inspect.

FOUNDER & PRODUCTION LEAD

Yaromyr Farada

I run SYNTHESIS Compliance Services as a small specialist production practice. My earlier professional background includes monumental and decorative art and hands-on technical work — disciplines where the finished result has to survive close inspection, not just sound convincing in a presentation.

That is the working principle I bring into digital compliance: define the problem, do the production work, retest it, and leave behind evidence that another person can inspect. I do not present myself as a lawyer and I do not sell a one-click compliance promise.

What I take responsibility for

Scoping the technical production clearly.

Making the agreed remediation / document / evidence work inspectable.

Retesting the agreed scope and stating remaining limitations.

Keeping white-label client boundaries explicit.

What SYNTHESIS does not sell

No invented customers, testimonials or project counts.

No “certified compliant” or lawsuit-proof guarantee.

No accessibility overlay presented as remediation.

No scanner-only report presented as complete accessibility work.

WHY NO ACCESSIBILITY OVERLAY

A widget is not the same thing as fixing the product.

SYNTHESIS does not sell an overlay as a substitute for remediation. Real accessibility defects can live in semantics, keyboard behaviour, focus management, forms, documents, content and application state. Those problems need to be found in the actual product, fixed at source where the scope allows, and retested. An automated scan can support that work; it does not replace it.
